My Fit Life

I workout 6 sometimes 7 days a week. Yeah I know that 7 isn't good, and our body has to rest but it is what makes me feel good. From intense to maybe a stroll around the neighborhood, I am always moving. It takes time to get where I am mentally when it comes to working out. But I am dedicated, and I am on a mission. I don't have a look that I am going for. I know that I have NO desire to be a size 0. I just want body parts that don't jiggle. Or at least jiggle as much.

I do a lot of Zumba, Turbofire, I try to get out there and run. I don't run a lot but when I do, it feels wonderful! I have recently started kinda sorta liking Insanity. It's tough, and the title is absolutely, because you do have to be insane to do half of it. But it will get your heart pumping.

I want to live a long healthy lifestyle. I know before I fell off of the fitness wagon over the past 2 years, I was always hot, and tired, miserable, and uncomfortable. I live in a 2 story house, so of course it sucked walking up those stairs. Seemed like I was always leaving something up there too. UGH talk about a pain in the ass having to roll my ass out of bed and walk down to get something. NOPE, never going there again!!
